On Call Clinician
A resource guide for clinicians who are available after hours for patients to request a visit.
1. Turn off Front Desk mode
2. Make sure your office hours are set correctly and the active box is checked.
3. The toggle switch for the on call physician must be available.
4. The on-call clinician will receive a notification by email or SMS when a patient enters the waiting room.
5. Complete the visit with your patient.
