To successfully complete a visit, there is a series of 5 steps. What most likely happened was the provider ended the visit on Step 4, but did not complete Step 5 which finalizes the visit. Ask the provider (only the provider can do this) to log in and enter the visit that you would like to remove from the waiting room. Then, make sure to click the last step to finalize the visit. If the patient is still in the waiting room, please reach out to our support department, and we can fix it from our end.
