This APP can be easily downloaded to your provider's device by scanning the appropriate QR code below:
Do your providers need help with their login credentials?
-All provider accounts are created using their email address that was provided on your practice's onboarding worksheet.
-If a Provider has never logged in before, have them set their password by clicking the forgot password option.
