Resume Visit
If you find yourself kicked out of a telemedicine visit, there is an easy way to jump back in. As long as the provider stays in the virtual visit, you can select the Resume Visit button to continue where you left off.
Log back into your Anytime Telecare account
Once logged in, you will see the patient's account on your home page. Next to the patient's name will be the resume visit button. Once you click that button, it will bring you right back to your telemedicine visit with your clinician.
